"Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants. Our unit could have used a painting. There also wasn't a space to get extra toiletries per the app, would take this out if it's not really an option. "

"The suite was amazing - the decor was beautiful and it was well equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay. The coffee machine and local freshly ground coffee was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. There were a few tiny issues with the room - the water pressure in the shower was really poor making hair washing feel like a chore and there were no tea spoons which made stirring coffee or eating a yogurt kind of comical. However, neither of these were deal breakers for...

"Absolute perfect location the room was gorgeous pricing for parking was very reasonable there's shopping and attractions all around rental bikes are available right outside the building the L is a 2 min walk away there's shopping right next door you can literally walk to so.many wonderful places you may or may not need a car staff was friendly and helpful that will be the only place i stay in chicago or anywhere else they have properties 2 thumbs up in my opinion..my1st perfect 10!!"
