Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos aquí y todo estuvo excelente, l vista de los atardeceres es maravillosa, el único detalle es que en la noche mexicana no hubo mesas y sillas suficientes para comer y tuvimos que ir a cenar a un restauran a la carta. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. el personal se esmera mucho en atenderte. Ya sea que estés en la playa o en un camastro cerca de alberca, los meseros rápidamente te preguntan si deseas algo y te llevan tus bebidas o alimentos rápidamente. Incluso hacen BBQ a orilla de alberca y también en un carrito llevan pizzas y hamburguesas a tu lugar de descanso.

Amazing!!
My husband and I went for 7 days to celebrate my birthday. We had an amazing time the staff is super nice our room was small but perfect for just us two, it was kept clean and stock up. The staff was amazing at the surfer bar right beside the family pool, Jose and Ivette did an amazing job taking care of us, our drinks would be half gone and they would already bring a new one, not to mention Jose helped my husband surprise me every day for my birthday with flowers special message on a plate and a romantic dinner at the beach. I had a beautiful birthday week and would definitely recommend Krystal Grand, we will definitely be coming back!

My stay at Krystal Grand was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is very welcoming and they are super helpful with everything! The hotel has about 6 restaurants included in it and the food was very delicious and tasted gourmet. The only downside about this hotel is that the beach that is near the hotel in San Jose is not safe to swim in because of the dangerous currents, but the hotel offers about 3 very large pools.

Photos are deceiving. I made the mistake to choose this hotel because it was cheaper than the rest and I regret it. Food is ok in the buffet area but the restaurants where you need to reserve the food is really bad. The room they gave us is not even in the property, they take you in a van to other building! The good ones you see in the picture an extra charge of $50 dollars a night. I found that to be the worse part of the vacation since we were not close ti the beach or pool. I went to other hotels in the area and are superb. Do not try to save money choosing this one, you will regret it.

It's all about the all inclusive
they upgraded me for free, it's a pretty property, pools were a bit foggy, not enough lounge chairs for all the guest. But the food and drinks were good.

The jacuzzis don't work were not hot and very dirt
The buffet was good but the restaurants were horrible absolutely horrible there is only two tiny jacuzzis that do not work and we're cold the entire stay

Good all inclusive hotel on a budget
My husband and i stayed here for our anniverary i was leary after reading some reviews but figured it was worth trying for myself. I booked the residence room but got one on the krystal grand side. So i guess kinda an up grade. The residence is not far from main resort actually it is closer to the adult pool and the al la carte resturants, so if the rooms look the same i would have been happy either way.. Pros: the grounds were beautiful and maintained, the rooms were clean comfortable and beautiful, food at the restaurants was really good, we especially like the Hibachi Grill.. the buffet even had some options that were good for midday snacks like fresh grilled shrimp yum..Cons: when we ate at the Hibachi Grill my husband wanted to try the lobster which was amazing by the way. But when asked how much it was we were told one price and when we got the bill it was another. I read a previous review about the same situation so we were very specific and asking how much would we need to pay in u.s. dollars we asked more than once to two different people we were told the same number. When the bill came it was twice as much. We talked to the manager and the manager stated the waiter would have to pay for it since it was his mistake.If you're going to order anything extra make sure you know what it's going to be.Could have been more channels on TV in English. But that was okay cuz we wasn't in the room much.And I wish we knew about the After Hours Sports Bar, staff said there was none

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, i couldnt be any happier. It is a bit of a distance from Cabo San Lucas but i overall loved the aesthetics of this hotel and cant wait to return. Def a GO!!!

Check-in nightmare but overall great stay
It took us three times and multiple personnel to check in. We booked a newly remodeled 1 bedroom suite, they said they were closing that building because it wasn’t very full. At first we were given a small standard room with 1 bed for our family of 4. Then we were offered a 2bedroom suite, this room was very outdated which I didn’t mind since it was bigger. However we then realized the phones didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, and when trying to shower it filled up past my ankles in minutes and someone’s else’s hair was floating everywhere. Again the front desk told me nothing could be done, I kept fighting and eventually got the exact room that I booked. This room was very nice and clean and everything we hoped for. The resort itself was very new, well designed, and ample staff. Beautiful pools. Food and drinks were good. Beach access and swim ability were great. Overall we had a great stay. It’s too bad we had to spend hours with small kids getting the run around initially for no good reason to check in.

Bonito hotel, pero.... había mucho ruido de la carretera en la habitación ... al llpiso fer me hicieron un upgrade apareeente y me parece que fue pesos por el ruido La camarista llegaba diario a las 830 a tocar la puerta nunca hubo shampoo, la plancha no servía , un milagro para obtener un mesero en la alberca en fin

EXCELENTE experiencia, la verdad tiene un precio bastante accesible y en el cual ofrece más de lo necesitado. Me daba un poco de miedo por algunos comentarios negativos, pero la verdad toda mi experiencia en el hotel fue más que perfecto, la comida del buffet cambia cada día y el personal bastante amable. Las recamaras modernas al igual que las piscinas. Invitada a volver.

Áreas separadas; familiar y solo adultos, esto me parece muy bueno. la playa no es para nadar, es para surfear. La atención de varios meseros es muy deficiente (no se si les indiquen que den poco servicio por ser todo incluido, pero daban una bebida, comida y jamás volvian). La cama super comoda. la habitación que nos toco, muy alejada, ni parecía del hotel (la foto es en la recepción un área diferente). Pero si vuelvo.

Fue muy desilusionante mi estancia, al llegar me dieron el check in muy temprano lo que fue excelente, pero la habitación no era la que yo había reservado, por lo que fue un rollo pedir mi cambio de habitación, la habitacion que me asignaron con vista parcial al mar como la habia reservado solo separaba otra habitación con una puerta por lo que se escuchaba todo lo que decían los huéspedes continuos, la limpieza de la habitación la intentaron hacer hasta las 6 pm; nadie nos comento que había que reservar restaurante para poder comer, en el lobby nos daban información a medias y el triptico que nos dieron fue en ingles(la atención en el restaurante muy buen al igual que la comida), en la alberca los meseros solo atendían a extranjeros y para que te sirvieran una bebida tardaban horas muy mala atención
