"With only 1500 characters, I can't tell you how terrible this place was. We arrived and it was filthy. Dirty broken blinds were on the floor. Again and again, I asked Kukun to do basic cleaning that should have been done before we got there. The freezer had old food in it. The upholstery was covered in old stains of undetermined origin. The lights didn't work or were burned out. The desk lamps didn't work, the shades had fallen down. The toilet seats were broken. There were no blankets....

"Wir waren für 4 Tage in México-City. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wurden aufs Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer ansich ist nicht das neueste gewesen, aber völlig in Ordnung. "I guess the only issue I saw was the fact that our las day we check out at 5:50 am the bell boy wanted to help us with the luggage but we refused and with that I guess he got mad because no one opened the outside gate, we had to do it ourselves so we could leave. "
