The pool area could do with being updated and the pool could be cleaner, together with new sunbeds. We would still recommend staying and would definitely visit again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When visiting Cartagena, we completely fell in love with the city and decided to extend our stay for three nights in the beautiful Old Town near the waterfront. Choosing the AC Hotel Cartagena by Marriott Bonvoy was one of the very best decisions of our trip. From the moment we entered the lobby, it was clear that this hotel was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and tranquility. The interiors are elegant and understated, with beautiful neutral tones, richly textured wallpaper, contemporary furnishings, and soothing décor that immediately creates a sense of calm. Our room featured luxurious down pillows, a high-quality orthopedic mattress, premium linens, and one of the most restful nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. The spacious bathroom was beautifully appointed, adding to the feeling of understated luxury. Perhaps most impressive was how remarkably quiet the hotel is. Despite being located in the heart of Cartagena’s historic Old Town—within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, the marina, museums, plazas, and countless attractions—our room was peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service we received from Ramón. From the moment we arrived, he anticipated every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. "This is a very beautiful building centrally located which allows you to walk to the most interesting places to visit in the city. Its rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff are great and helpful. Parking can be done in the near Plaza España and you can get a discount with a hotel voucher"
