"Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Staff are all wonderful and will do their best to provide excellent service. Food is always lovely. Relaxing areas to sit and drink wine or coffee both inside and outside.Rooms and suites are kept clean and to a high standard. Mini bar stocked with lots of choices of drinks, mixers, wine, beer, snacks - both sweet and savoury. Room service is excellent too. "Amazing staff and very hospitable. We travelled with our two young children both under 5 years of age and the staff were attentive and helpful from the bar and pool staff to the restaurant and games room staff. My kids felt at ease and would love to return again. Great amenities and parking facility which made this hotel a great choice. "

"Difficult check in and out. Wanted pool towels and had to go back to check in and put deposit which is understandable but once again had to go to main desk and wait. They could have told us when we checked in. Also, had to call for them to lower temperature in room. They did but it was still hot."

"We stayed for 3 for our 25th wedding anniversary. It is in a good location at the end of the promenade, the hotel itself is clean and the staff helpful. The only small issues were, getting a lounger in the pool area is tricky, and the airconditioning unit in our room could not cope with the heatwave and could not get below 25 degrees, however the staff provided a large fan the following day, which helped cool things down to 22 degrees."

"The hotel is gorgeous on arrival and the communal spaces in the main building are fabulous. We were staying in the annexe building (the beach house) and unfortunately the entrance to that building is very disappointing- dirty, dusty and neglected. However, the rooms themselves were lovely. "It was okay. Rooms are nice and modern. Pools are fine but there was some black mold around the drain. Breakfast food is very average and not great quality."

"Overall stay was somewhat ok. The property is new and in a great condition. Breakfast was excellent and staff was overall nice. The small swimming pool was mostly used for young kids, who were happy to escape the summer heat. One should note that the property is located at a top of a steep hill and the climb from the beach/promenade requires some physical stamina.
