I didn’t like how they prioritize the customers that keep coming back to their hotel especially the one with the privilege card! So disappointed that I called early to make sure that I can check in early so I can rest. But need to wait for check in time at 14:00 pm to check in.
Need some extra towels/pillows ,if you request you’ll pay for it. The building needs some renovation.

It feels unsafe outside the hotel- Lots of street vendors and bums.
All the staffs i have encountered with are extremely nice and very accomodating but the place needed a lot of cleaning. The smell of the hallway is really terrible and the room given to us does not have a fridge nor a kettle plus when i asked for extra pillow- i was told i have to pay extra. There is no hand towel (only bath towel) plus the bathroom is very open that when i showered, everyrhing got wet
Friendly helpful staff, clean air conditioned rooms, fine dining, a very nice place to stay

this property is in the middle of Manila down town,to many foot traffic, can't sleep dog crying or barking, breakfast selection is very poor, staff are ok , unsafe to work around or go to a nice restaurant, no good place to eat only street food which is unsafe, rooms are to small, do not have wheelchair access rooms or service I will never book this hotel again its a 2-3 star hotel
