"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"Had a one night stop over on the way back home from a driving tour of Norway. Excellent rooms. Mr Sato's restaurant was excellent and good value. It's Japanese food which is always expensive but certainly great quality. Cocktails were nice too"

Nach unserer Nachfrage vor Ort wurde uns gesagt, dass keine Ventilatoren mehr verfügbar seien obwohl an der Rezeption mehrere Ventilatoren sichtbar standen. "Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent....
