"the bed was on a metal box that made a loud noise/squeek every time a person sat on it or got in the bed or out of it. the tv did not work until a staff person came and fixed it the breakfast was good the staff were very friendly there was no elevator or cart to take luggage to the second floor so we had to carry it in the rain up steps."
