"Location by the green Collins Park but still at a walking and trolley distance to where it all happens was perfect. Also the beach is just a couple of minutes away. Everything was clean and nice except the pool area and front terrace, which has seen better days. Those were cozy and cute, but need a facelift fast. The sushi restaurant and bar is excellent. Nice that the bikes are complimentary for the first hour, but the rate after that is just crazy: 50$/hour. Very helpful staff. "

"We had a great stay at the Beacon. South Beach is a great place to walk, bike, eat, swim, and enjoy the warm weather. The Beacon staff were helpful- as were the bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. "

"Loved the location! Restaurants all around! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and beach chairs included at the beach club. You will have to pay for the umbrella. Which is a reasonable price. Any request I had was fulfilled in a timely manner. I would recommend Kasa El Paseo and I would definitely stay here again."
