"The staff worked with us and allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to check in and after check out. They were helpful and polite when we made requests. Our room was out of soap and conditioner. "This is a self service property which is fine as long as you are prepared for it (towels etc are in your room but if you would like restock or extras there is a station on the floor with supplies). Our toilet wasn’t working when we initially arrived but the hotel staff were very responsive and fixed the issue within minutes of us calling. The hotel was clean and located in a fun neighborhood with lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance. "

"It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...
