"Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. "Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests.
