We stay only for one night so was ok for us. But didn't want to stay for longer time. Reception very friendly and very good communication. Many spaces to park the car. "This is a fabulous property. If you're staying in Madrid the location couldn't be better. The check in and out is super easy, and the apartment was a great size for our family of four. "The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."

"Location at the Gran Via is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, Puerta del Sol, Playa Mayor and other attractions and public transport options. The windows were sound proof so no issues with noise at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the instructions on how to use the metro and get to the airport when the roads were blocked for a marathon. One of the highlights is that we arrived in an early red-eye flight and as they had a room available, they let check in earlier than the usual time. We so much appreciate it and it made a great difference. The server at breakfast was so nice and made us start our day with a smile. This will be the place I would return when I am back in Madrid! Beautiful and lively city! People were friendly, the food was amazing and so many places worth visiting. Would love to come back. "

"Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. No complaints about the service though. Top notch."
