I checked into hotel zillion executive on December 31st, 2024. Upon walking into the room I noticed that the bathroom ceiling was leaking and we informed the employees who said that there was nothing they could do. We accepted this. We removed the bed sheet from the bed and immediately a bed bug was apparent. We informed the staff and they said they would clean the room, But we felt very uncomfortable given the other conditions (humid and hot air, windowless room, cracking walls) and knew the problem was not so easily addressed by a simple cleaning. We told the staff we were leaving and one member aggressively asked if we were threatening him. The hotel refused to process a refund in the moment. It was completely terrible conditions and terrible service.
Travelling from USA with family we are accustomed to certain amenities. Even though our room had no window, carpets or artwork it ticked all the boxes. The room was clean, bright, had comfortable mattresses and the wifi connection was good. To our surprise the room included a hot breakfast. I would stay here again.

The staff is good and service is excellent and its near us ambessy
Book something better. The location of this hotel is not in a decent area. The rooms are extremely small, felt like sleeping in a coffin. No decent restaurant nearby.

Was expecting hair dryer, iron box, extra table facilities. Got bit upset when I couldn’t find it. Also there were random door knocks in our room. I would’ve felt little unsafe if I stayed alone. I appreciate the reception desk’s service and language proficiency.
I stayed here for two nights. The room itself was very small for the cost and not clean. No housekeeping was provided. Not a good value for your money. The traffic around the place is terrible. Hard to find any auto rikshaw or cabs except in early mornings around this place. You will find a much better hotel or apartment for the same price. Also, I had trouble with hot water. Geyser stopped working after a shower on first day. Service staff is polite and responsive and helped with getting buckets of hot water when asked. Breakfast is a joke so better not to include breakfast. Overall, I would not like to stay here again unless it comes at a very low cost. If I come back, I would not stay here for more than one night.
We enjoyed our stay! Even my 2 and 4 yr old. did too.

The room was not ready. Had to wait for a long time. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Had to call again and ask for cleaning. They can do much better job.
