"Excellent location! Floor 2 connects to Namba Parks, lots of shopping and restaurants and train accessibility. The hotel is literally right next to the train, so it can get a bit noisy. We were on the 14th floor and facing the tracks and could hear the trains going by all day. So if you think this would bug you, maybe request a higher floor or a room facing the other direction. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious, water pressure in the shower was amazing, everything was so clean,...

"WIFI is not quite stable and fast enough. Room floor is laid by carpet and it has some stains on, which I can’t tell that was cleaned but leave the stain on, or vice versa."

"Close to Subway Midosuji line just 2 min. By walk, many local restaurant around the hotel, 10 min. walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The room was clean and wide, compare with other hotel at the same price. "

"The Swisshotel is conveniently located on top of the Namba Train station and multiple subway lines, allowing us to conveniently take the train to visit multiple museums, the Osaka Aquarium and department stores. The Minami Teppanyaki Restaurant in the Hotel offers excellent food, beautiful ambience and superb service."

"Nice room with decent space. The bathroom was quite big but I think it takes too much space from the hallway/bedroom itself. Breakfast was splendid. Staffs speak good English, are attentive and very helpful."
