"Quick stay, over night before heading north. We appreciated the shuttle service, the service was good and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Only suggestion - coffee and tea in room would be ideal. While you provide unlimited in the lobby, it’s sort of hidden and ended up not seeing it initially and paying for some. But we do appreciate that you have a take what you need amenities stand with just in case missed items! We recommend this hotel for sure! "

"This hotel is located in a foot away from the train station. There is a convenient store, Lawson, is the next. The other side of the train station has a lots of restaurants to explore. The hotel offers shuttle bus from and to Narita Airport, one in every hour. The shuttle bus stop area is not in front of the hotel, in front of the Comfort Hotel, the across from the hotel and a little confusing, but the bus has the APA Hotel’s logo and is a big bus. I enjoyed the breakfast. "
