"Was great. Area to support better check in. Provide the check in information a few hours before to help plan how to access building and parking options (code for door can be provided at next stage at 4pm). Hotels.com booking stated check in at 3pm, accommodation provider stated 4pm. Coffee machine did not work. Also apartment nearby had a barking dog in the morning which was a bit disruptive. "We booked this because it was cheaper but its less flexible than a hotel. For example we ended up being 45 mins early for check in and we had to sit and wait in the cold with our bags because the time to pay for early check in had already passed. Plus one of the baggage storage recommendations was indefinitely closed and then the other place was a random store that you have to get an uber to because its not near the hotel so by the time you pay for all of that you may as well just have paid for...

"The property was very clean, safe, and nice. The AC/heater unit was a little noisy ( like maybe something needs to be fixed?) You can hear other guests very clearly, but other than that, the place is very nice. Loved having a kitchen and living room. Made the stay very comfortable. "

"Our unit was very dark even with all the lights on as bright as they would go. It would be tough preparing a meal, washing dishes in this unit. Windows to an alley did not allow much natural light either. The unit clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Broadway area. Unit the we were given did not match the pictures. "
