"Property looked dirty and dusty. Cleanliness rating 5/10. It says Pet Friendly but when we got there, they said pets were not allowed. Allowed pet to stay after we showed them the pet policy on Expedia. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The location is a bit far from the center of town, although hotel will provide taxi if you want to go there for sightseeing or shopping. In addition this hotel is right near to the airport. Staff were very friendly, room was of a decent size and the room service food was good."

Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "
