The building lost power, due to a downpower line. There was no communication from staff needed to walk down a dark stairwell, no emergency lighting on Sunday. Monday at 9:30 am there was no staff at the front desk to assist with checking out. Tried calling the front while standing at the front desk no one picked up. After several people lined up someone knock on the door behind the front desk we were told to wait, several minutes later someone did not comeout. Then someone stopped a staff member who was on thier way to check on the breakfast stations. He was not happy about being redirected but was able to check us out. I wanted a copy of my bill was told it would be emailed so far 30 minutes later nothing in my emails. I understand the power outage was out of the hotel's control, but as guests had issues during this stay it would have been nice to have staff around to answer questions at the front desk. Thank you
