I did not stay at the apartment, which is why I gave it a rough review. I paid for the property an went to the property address which is actually at the Ariyana Smart Condo Hotel. The staff at the hotel tried to contact the property owner through the email address given. And went to the extremes to help me with contacting the property owner.. which I nor the Ariyana Smart Hotel staff, and even Hotels.com were never successful at doing. I was charged for three days with no refund from Hotels or the owner, thankfully the staff at the Ariyana was able to give me an awesome room at a better rate than the apartment.
Property was great! No complaints on the room at all. Elevator stops on every floor and takes forever but that's because it's a busy building. Not the fault of the apartment. Just a side not to the owner, make sure the cleaners check the fridge. There was old stuff in there from the last guests before us.
