"I appreciated the email asking what time we were expected to be at the property, because we had a late flight. For some hotels it's a problem if you are not checked in before midnight, but not at this hotel. I also appreciated receiving a checkout email that was quick and painless. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a lot of fun! The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"It seemed like a really good value for the area. It’s very close to Taliesin West, which I knew I was going to visit. Also bookstore, gas stations, food options. Pretty much started by professional building buildings and shopping centers. Nice outdoor area with family turf area plus pool. Quiet with a comfortable bed. Nicely appointed bathroom with shower. (No tub). "

"We came into town for aoftball tournament and were so excited to see the hotel was just like the pictures. It is perfectly located for families ,it wqs clean ,spacious and the staff was fabulous. "Good, budget, business hotel. Don't like the lack of a room safe. The two communal safes at front desk, that are not secured to the desk. This seems to be a trend in the industry, the lack of a secure place to store your impotant documents is an unnecessary inconvenience. Shower floor had hair on it upon arrival."

"The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy. You had to cross the room multiple times to make toast, get cereal, or make a cup of coffee. The restroom in the breakfast area was out of order. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. I would definitely stay here again. "
