"Amazing breakfast variety. Fast room service. Extra touches in room were lovely surprises - chocolates, chips, and juices etc. All staff were really friendly. Only 2 slight negatives (neither a huge deal) was coffee not being great and finding a few hairs in the shower."

"Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. Couldnt understnd basic english."

Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was. This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...

"Room was clean but a bit dated. The staff were so lovely at check in and check out. The room cleaners always said good morning and tidied up our room each day. It was nice to visit during the Easter break as there were lots of families with kids also enjoying the hotel and its facilities but it also wasn't over crowded. I would stay here again. "We checked in to the hotel on April 2021, We do not have an idea about the room, cause’ this our first time at Gold Coast. We are very lucky this time because we sleep on the third floor without an elevator. Our luggage was quite large which made it a bit difficult to enter our room. Inside the room has dust on the shelves and appliances. The electrical appliances in the room are quite old. "

"Great option to stay over. However, only hiccup is with the onsite parking. Property is on a busy road and parking place is very tight and limited. Be prepared to find parking elsewhere if you are unlucky. "
