"In the heart of the city center. No need to use a car or other transportation. Underground parking very convenient but I would like it to be free for the guests. Some things could be in better shape like the bath tube that had something broken and when you shower water leaks on the floor. Also a smart tv would be convenient in the suite to watch from bed. Lastly, the breakfast is ok. The area is small and I guess nothing can be done about it but maybe some fried eggs or omelette is a good...

"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. "This was a nice, fresh, new hotel in Sofia, close to the main sights and with all the amenities travellers need. We had a hiccup with laundry, but the hotel went out of their way to apologize and make amends. That goes a long way. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend this as the place to stay in Sofia."
