"Very enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated room with comfy bed and small balcony. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed happy in their jobs. Pool was a much enjoyed bonus and am sure the spa is great but sadly it was fully booked for a massage at convenient times. Food of a good standard but in my opinion a little overpriced. "

"Stayed two nights at this hotel. Its full of character and lovely decor. Its in a great location being a 5 min walk into Norwich town center and theatre. The staff were very helpful. We eat in their restaurant Friday night and the food was very good."

"Convenient location for us to visit friends and family. Have stayed there before, can be noisy at times throughout the year but it is a golf club and people are the to enjoy themselves. Has no lift to 1st floor."

"We enjoyed a relaxing two-night stay at the Norfolk Mead and were impressed by the attention to detail and service provided. The food - at both breakfast and dinner - was delicious and there was an excellent selection of wine. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with all needs met and a very decent shower. The spa facilities were well designed and perfectly cleaned and maintained. Again, the customer service was spot on. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special."
