"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs."

"They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"Exceptional hotel that has everything you need. Great location right in city centre. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. One of the things I like is that the rooms have a small fridge in the wardrop .. makes such a difference. Parking is available at a discounted rate at Q park car park right next door to hotel. Breakfast was terrific with great choices. No negatives with this hotel."

"Booked in here with my son to attend Loreen concert and honestly from start to finish it was amazing. Got welcomed with friendly receptionist made us feel welcome. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Beds was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up this morning. Breakfast has a lot to offer and was nicely prepared and set out. I will definitely stay again for sure "
