"Amazing guesthouse! The owners and staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and lovely with two balconies. "We were the only occupants for a Fri night. Maybe cos it’s about 10min walk away from the walking street. Place is around the residential area... quite quiet... you can hear the cricket or cicada croaking when walking along the street at night. Chiang Khan is only vibrant along the walking street. The rest of the areas close by 8-9pm... so if you are not driving, and maybe just 1-2pax, you might be better off staying along the activity street. The place is about 15min away from Phu Tok mountain...

"The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. "
