"This is a good hotel and staff are very attentive & helpful. I was particularly impressed with our room cleaner (Chamika) who every day surprised us with a beautiful towel sculpture left on the bed. He is really talented! I was, however, disappointed with the room lightin. You have to put every room light on during the evening (waste of electricity) and even then the rooom was not bright enough. It would be far more economical and practical to have a main ceiling light."

"We stayed there one night on our way to Ella. Nice location. Great view. Very good customer service. Kids enjoyed there large pool.breakfast was amazing. So Many food varieties. They had a place where they make Yara tea which you have not seen any other hotel breakfast. Definitely a hotel worth the price. "

"We recently stayed at the Kandy Citadel Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a pleasant stay. "Buenas relacion calidad - precio. Muy bien la piscina tipo Infinity pool en la planta alta. Habitación muy limpia, con cuarto de baño completo y perfecto. Vistas espectaculares y cama cómoda. Smart TV y nevera. servicio de habitaciones. No está en el centro de Kandy, pero llegas allí en tuk tuk por 300 rupias (- 1€). "This hotel has spacious rooms and lovely windows to look over the city. What was absolutely outstanding was the customer service and genuine care from staff. We needed to extend our stay on our day of check out after being hospitalised in kandy. The staff organised everything and even waited until we were discharged from hospital at 1230AM to hand deliver us our room key and make sure we got in safe. "
