"The staff was perhaps the friendliest staff I have encountered. Julie was a joy at 2:30 in the morning when we finally arrived after a 4 hour delay. The only 3 things - the walls seemed really thin, the house cleaners knocked on our door at 8:30 even though we were checking out at 11:30 (did I mention we had only gotten in at 2:30), and there was no a/c! "
