I didn’t stay there as I had work so I sent my dad and his partner for the night and they made it a nightmare for him to check in too the point where he wanted to go home room was disgusting no tv reception couldn’t watch Evan watch a movie at the end of the night Definitely not what is advertised

We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our suite was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool area, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. However, the room's cleanliness was a letdown. The carpet was old and worn, and we found trash, including a disturbing discovery, under the seat cushion. The furniture was also showing its age, with a cramped loveseat and thin, flat cushions. Our biggest frustration was the atrocious WiFi connection, which made it impossible to stay entertained or productive during our stay. The connection issues were only resolved four days in, which was too little, too late. To add insult to injury, the in-suite washing machine was broken, although we were able to use the laundry room on the main floor. Management assured us that these issues would be addressed in the future, which is reassuring for future guests. Unfortunately, it was too late for us to fully enjoy our stay.
