"For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at a mom and pop cafe called La Guajira. They had fresh juice and generous portions. There are three off-street parking spaces for the condo complex but they weren't always available. You have to be sure to pay for street parking at the pay booths or they will put a boot on your car. "I love the place. The hotel is in the heart of 5th ave . Very convenient to walk, to the beach, ferry and shops. The staff was very helpful and communicative. Muchas gracias el lugar estuvo muy lindo limpio y cerca de todo. "I gotta say this is the best little hotel in Playa Del Carmen. It's a sweet little secret of a spot! It's close to EVERYTHING, the main street (Quinta Avenida), the beach, the bus station, pick up spots for tours, convenience stores, and tons of tasty local food. "If you are looking for the perfect location. Steps to the ferry, beach and 5th avenue then this is it. The rooms are very clean, Housekeeping is excellent. however we did not use the pool as it was quite foggy and full of sand. If we could have used the pool I would have rated a 5. We stayed in an oceanfront which is lovely to listen to the ocean however you will have an empty abandoned lot in front of your view. I still would stay here again for price and convenience to everything. "

"This boutique hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from Quinta Avenida which is a lively walkable street, full of shops and restaurants. The street is pedestrian only and it has a lot of action. In the hotel we received an excellent service from Nellye and Lizzy at the reception. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"The host was friendly and took good care of me.The facilities in the room were sufficient, including the TV. However, one chair was broken.Although it doesn't happen every night, there were bands playing nearby until a little late, which caught my attention.The spiral staircase up to the room on the 3rd floor is tough with suitcases."

"The fives es un hotel de conveniencia. Con una cercanía a la quinta avenida pero con el plus de no captar el ruido, es tranquilo, se disfruta y se descansa. La habitación super limpia, la cama deliciosa. Tienes una parada de taxis justo al lado. Personal sumamente amable, en especial los delos restaurantes. "The room looks the same like on the picture, with very local vibe. The stuff was very friendly and welcome. There is restaurant downstairs with lot of options which is very convenient. "I loved the hotel in the day time but evening it’s too noisy because of a bar near by till 2 or 3 am . They also charge for an other person to stay in a a room made for two so it’s quiet strange to me as I never experience it before .
