"We, 4 friends had great time at Gran Melia hotel. The service was great and staff was very friendly. Ordered a half board package, which including dinner and breakfast. The food quality and service were great. "

"The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. The property territory is in real jungle, exotic, well maintained, beautiful. The cabin was too rustic to my taste, the bathroom is miniscule and not comfortable. Practically no space in the bedroom. Breakfast was very nice. We had a good 2 nights stay."

"We stayed here for 3 days (2 nights) and it was a perfect jungle oasis. We loved using the pool to refresh after visiting Iguazu each day, and an easy uber ride into town. The dinner at the lodge restaurant was spectacular! Would recommend to anyone staying in Iguazu "

"The Lodge was is a beautiful setting in the forest, very peaceful and quiet. Marcos and the team helped with taxis to the falls and the town so we felt safe and looked after. Nice continental breakfast too. Would recommend."

At times, interactions felt somewhat uncomfortable, as though guest presence was an inconvenience rather than welcomed. "“GLAMPING” is the exact perfect word for this hotel!  You are in the jungle.  This is a few miles out of town on a dirt road, so it does take a bit of extra time and effort to get there.  The “tents” are permanent structure on stilts.  Maybe a bit more like a fancy hut!  You can see the “bones” of the structure from inside, and it felt almost like being inside a huge whale’s rib cage!  Each is a nicely decorated self-contained unit with a very comfy bed, large bathroom, its own water heater,...
