"Balai is stunning and clean, I stayed here as a way to unwind after a 2 week trip and it was absolutely the right decision. Balai gives a chance to unwind alone and everything is preplanned once you ask, for instance, the sauna and spa is booked an hour at a time so no one needs to share. The amenities offered in the rooms are excellent. The facilities are clean and nothing suggested is too much. The food options were good too. Highly recommend for a retreat type feel."

"This resort is a 10/5 stars. They went above and beyond with a particular incident when we were guests. My jowa lost her phone on the public beach located near the resort and the resort staff did everything they can to assist us. When we brought up the lost phone to staff, they immediately went into search mode, reviewed CCTV footage, and called local authorities to assist in finding the lost phone.
