"Elegantly appointed boutique hotel in a historic mansion. Every detail of decor reflects thought and aesthetic alignment. Service 5-star--we felt cared for and in a luxury hotel. Turn down service included truffles on the bed. We had a dinner in the restaurant. Food was top flight and beautiful despite temporary location. Breakfast buffet not fancy but adequate. Waiter on Tuesday morning was coughing everywhere, a single deficit in our experience at this nearly perfect hotel. "

"The property is in a great location and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. The room was spotless and well cared for. It was the perfect location to explore the city. However, noise coming from other rooms is an issue. We were able to hear every movement of our neighbours but this wasn’t a big deal for us. "The hotel is beautiful, in a Moroccan style, with a two`story courtyard. The room came with a fridge, a hot water boiler, tea and Nescafe. There was a closet, a safe, and a Moroccan style bathroom. Staff was helpful and most spoke some English. Breakfast was 10 Euros each so we ate out at the many cafes. The hotel is located near Arabic shops, many restaurants and an easy walk to busses and taxis. Best hotel of our trip."

"Kevin was super friendly at the front desk!! We stayed in room 414 which was very nice. The walk-in shower was huge and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The pool area was amazing, we didn’t take advantage during our 4 nights but definitely a bonus. One improvement to be made would be responding to the two messages sent via Expedia. This might have ensured a smoother check-in. We would stay again if we come back to Granada. "

The only note that others might want to know is that if you have car- check in first then move your car to parking lot two (P2). The parking costs 22 euros per day. If you plan to see the Alhambra you must book the tickets way in advance. At certain times of year, it is impossible to get a ticket upon arrival. "
