"At check in the male member of staff was friendly but gave no information about the hotel like breakfast, car park, gym, pool etc.
Our room was Sunset Suite which was a large room. The settee was made into a sofa bed already which wasn’t required. I asked a cleaning supervisor if the sofa bed could be changed to the settee but she didn’t speak English. I used the room phone to call reception and asked them but the girl said no it couldn’t be changed back. I asked a cleaner and she gladly changed...

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest!

"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. "Family of 5 can’t fault anything from start to finish
Welcome by front of staff lovely, rooms lovely, facilities lovely, food was excellent
Great location peaceful and only a short walk (10/15mins) to loads of places to eat supermarkets etc, gale beach is a must visit, more sheltered in the cove than salgados (small train hotel run a life saver for tired legs)
Will 100 percent be back and recommend"

"A wonderful property, a very good location near restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Easy to get to by car or public transport.
Staff are very helpful and work hard to see your needs are met. A solid breakfast is offered for 8€ and a fair value. A nice pool area with a bar. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."
