I liked how smooth the transaction was. I slept soundly both nights and had a decent breakfast both mornings. It wasn't super clean or well kept. There are many stains and scratches you have to overlook if you want to enjoy yourself. I did have to dispose of a dead roach upon arrival, but I didn't see any live ones during my stay, and also the room was never cleaned when I was there. Other than that, overall, I've definitely stayed in worse and paid more. Not a terrible experience.

We traveled very far and we brought kids and they were tired and exhausted and this is just unbelievable and horrible. We didn’t even get a room after we arrived at the Hyatt hotel and they said you guys overbooked and didn’t even give our information to them. They didn’t call us or email us because you guys were too careless to forward the information. and we had to travel another 21 miles because of you guys. Why did you guys promise something when you couldn’t keep it. We paid for it in advance too so I don’t understand why you guys did these things. This is just messed up and we are never using your website ever again for booking you guys are the worst!

My immediate reaction to the property, it was smelly, unclean air. The room was ok. I believe if a room is cleaned properly it should smell like it. Bed was comfortable & room spacious.

Overall the room could’ve been better. Number 1 when we first got the room the door wouldn’t even open. We moved rooms and the second room 2 lamps wouldn’t cut on and that wasn’t a king size bed.

The property was good not to my standards per se the room had no drawers to put your clothes in cuz I don't like getting dressed out of a suitcase so that was one negative on my part when I got there the room that I was in wasn't fully clean so I had to clean it myself but the front desk clerk alley made sure that I had a full room clean and it wasn't done the next day or the next day and when I seen her she made sure that on my last day my room was completely clean new sheets and pillows the toiletries new everything so she redid the whole room for me and I appreciate that the wait staff in the kitchen her name was Tiffany she was excellent the supervisor managers in the side office they were really sweet and helpful other than that the breakfast was on point I have been to plenty of hotels and I do not eat the eggs or the hash browns and I ate them every morning
