"The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. "

"Stay was great, beds very comfortable. No complaints until time to leave. I had asked for a late check out they gave me 12 noon. We needed to relax for a little before heading back to meet. 11.25am they knocked on my door, told them they gave me noon, 11.40 knock on door, 11.48 knock on door. They didnt listen well at all. Seriously a lack of communication, and made it hard to be able to rest."

"Very pretty old Florida grounds and building with a nice pool. Well appointed antiques in the rooms that are comfortable and unique. Staff is great, food on site is very good and beach is just across the street. Great stay and very clean, we had room 113 and highly recommend if available as it is large and steps from the pool access."
