"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future."

"The shuttle service was a joke! The vehicle did not stop for even 10 seconds. 3 families had to walk to the airport. I had to call a taxi because of mobility issues. The expectation is that hotel fuests stand outside in the cold because the shuttle driverbwill not stop for even 30 seconds to see if guests are waiting at door. Staff requested the shuttle to return to no avail. My taxi cost me 15GBP "

"We know Orocco Pier well but had never stayed over. The bar was busy with a friendly vibe, food delicious and staff were great. Our bedroom was large with 3 windows facing the Forth and Forth Railbridge. Bed very comfortable which isn’t often the case in hotels! "
