"Large Room with a balcony. Apartment style rooms with kitchen/laundry appliances available. Only stayed for 1 night, very spacious room. Self Check can be tricky, check your email the day before check in for instructions. Check in tablet has very small button for changing language, lucky another guest helped us check in. "

"Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless."

"숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다."

"Good location, check-in easy. I would not rely on the ‘sofa bed’ when booking. It wasn’t suitable for sleeping on. When we raised this management they found a solution that worked for us. Thank you for sorting things out for us."

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"간단한 조리(간편식)정도 하고싶었는데 조리도구, 수세미나 주방세제가 없어서 포기 (작은 냄비하나, 물컵4개, 인덕션, 커피포트가 전부) 컵라면 물 끓이는 정도는 가능하겠으나 남은 음식물 처리가 어려울 듯 하여 아무것도 조리 하지 않음 전체적으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋았으나 샤워룸에서 하수구냄새 올라와서 냄새에 예민한 나는 건조 포기하고 문 꼭꼭 닫고 생활했음 세탁기있어서 캡슐세제 가져갔으나 세탁기 먼지제거(청소)가 안되어있어서 검은 빨래에 붙어나옴 건조기능이 있지만 우리나라 건조기와 다르니 널어서 말리는 것을 추천하지만 빨래줄이나 옷걸이 넉넉히 챙겨가시길. (기본 옷걸이 4개 있음) 그러나 이 모든걸 따져봐도 위치도 탁월하고 가격까지 좋아서 다음 후쿠오카 방문에도 MK호텔 이용할것임!"

"Room is a good size for family of four. Kitchen counter is a bit dusty this can be improved. No parking on site but many parking lots nearby. Convenient stores and drugstore nearby. Checkout time is 10am, the staff would knock on your door at 10am and wait for you to leave the room. "

"I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. "The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. The floors were covered in hair and dust, the washer was unclean, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since the place itself is nice. "후쿠오카 여행갈때 매번 이용하는 호텔입니다 너무 늦게 예약해서 자리가 없어서 요즘은 후쿠오카 여행가기전에 방 있는지 확인하고 비행기표 예매합니다 위치가 진짜 갑오브 갑이에요 유후인에서 2박하고 솔라리아 2박을 한적이 있는데 고속버스 내리자 마자 호텔하고 연결되어 있어서 너무 편했고 후쿠오카에서 자주 다니는 동선이 텐진인데 죄다 가까워서 단기여행할때 너무 좋아요 "

"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. You can also choose from a variety of drinks and snacks. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was a lovely surprise that I did not know I chose. Japanese amd Western breakfast options. Overall a lovely luxury!"
