"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "The courtyard should be cleaned up there was a bag of what I don't know and beer bottles in a planter bed and garbage all over doesn't make a good impression inside the building it was very clean however"

"We booked the Cabrio room (an en-suite room), except there's no basic amenity, NO SOAPS - NO SHAMPOO. In the end we had to go use the public shower room instead. So we recommend booking a normal room without a bathroom and use the public ones. Lots of parking space. The room is very small - not suitable for people with big luggage. There's a common area with a microwave and a sink where you can eat your food brought in food. **NO FREE TOWELS***"
