Not clean dirty ass hotel and then I asked for tissue later at night and they don’t have access to it they told me to wait till morning when the house keepers come in
This was perfect for us. The room was a good size having a fridge and stove top was a huge advantage. The furnishings may be a bit old but I am not someone who wants to pay an extra $50 a night to stare at newer cabinets and nightstands. The bedding was soft and new. The staff was nice, we checked in late but everything went smoothly. The wifi turned out to be great! It was pretty speedy 24mbps down and 5 up with a speed test, I was led to believe internet in Saipan would be much slower. Parking was never an issue. This is well located next to town, and the seawall easy to get to stores and restaurants and a nice pathway along the sea to watch sunset. We had a car which was easier but you could survive renting a few days to tour around and then booking excursions with pickup other days if you wished as you can walk to places to eat. We enjoyed our time in Saipan. We were diving and there was room in our room and balcony for storing and drying our gear. Great stay overall.
our stay in summer holiday hotel was a nice experience since we were first timers in saipan. It was close to the church, the beach and Martha's grocery provided everything we needed. the staff were very accomodating, polite and provided information on how we go to some important places. though its building is a bit older, yet what we needed was a cozy and peaceful rest which we had. the room had a stove and ref where we were able to prepare some little food for breakfast.. Thjank you so much summer holiday hotel.
The hotel is located near the Mcdonald at Beach Road. It takes 10 mins walk to the central point of Garapan. The room is spacious and well ventilated . The cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel is old fashion and no elevator inside. That means you may need to carry your heavy luggage up to 3 stairs. Overall, I think it is good choice for budget traveller.
