"Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Aber leider war es das auch schon. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man kaum treten konnte, die Hygiene ungenügend: Teppichboden total fleckig, im Zahnputzbecher waren Bartstoppeln, Toilettenbürste hätte dringend getauscht werden müssen. Zimmer ist klimatisiert, dafür sind die Gänge im Flur und der Frühstücksraum total heiß. Das Frühstück hatte keinen "europäischen" Standard, sondern bestand fast ausschließlich aus 6 Kuchensorten, daneben 2 Sorten Wurst, die...

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Enorm behulpzaam en attent. Eigenaresse en zoon spreken Nederlands. Hotel eenvoudig en gedateerd. Wij vonden het wel echt erg gehorig en hebben daardoor niet altijd erg goed geslapen. Maar het lieve personeel maakte dat helemaal goed. "

"Hotel was beautiful. It was clean and safe. Only two things I would note that was both minor was 1) The shower head had a lot of limescale in it, I had to break it up to get the shower to flow evenly 2) I felt that the gentleman that ran the restaurant was standoffish The reception team and housekeeping team were extremely welcoming and engaging and San Marino is an absolute beautiful place. Favourite place on my trip of 7 countries "

"The suite were in old town and a bit difficult to find since you could not park directly at the hotel. We found a space close to the restricted drive zone entrance and walked to the hotel. They then sent a golf cart to us and directed us to the parking garage and took our bas to the hotel. You MUST book parking with the hotel if you want to have any chance of finding parking. "This was a fantastic hotel, the staff made us feel so at home. Rooms were spotless and we had fantastic service from everyone. Even printed us some tickets off that we forgot to print before we left. Breakfast was delicious and the room balconies were a pleasant extra. Pool area was great. On site parking was very convenient too. Would 10/10 recommend. It’s just on the row back from the main strip which meant it was so much quieter but not out the way. "
