"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in TCI for a week and had a fantastic time. The staff is very friendly, made us feel at home and were always available to answer our questions. The room was spacious and modern. The beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. The on site restaurant options were great. Casa Nonna has great food and the Noori lounge in addition to having excellent food also had live music on most nights. We will definitely be back. "

"Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. "

"Perfectly located in the center of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance checked all the boxes for us. Like many "resorts" there, Villa Renaissance condos are privately owned. Ours was a two bedroom with a garden view (Unit 604). The unit was exceptionally clean with staff coming everyday to keep it that way. Tons of towels, well equipped kitchen, coffee on hand, etc. made it incredibly convenient. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Good closet space with even robes being supplied. ...

"The hotel staff was not very friendly. My flight was delayed a day so I emailed them letting them know. When I arrived, they had given my room away and wanted to upcharge me for a better room. The Hemingway restaurant on the property has excellent food but we did have a roach on our table and the waitress basically said, they are everywhere and acted like we were overeating. Beach is well kept and property is clean. "

"Beautiful property with an awesome pool and beach. The women staff at breakfast and around the pool/bar area were so friendly and amazing. The men that worked the beach hut were the complete opposite - miserable and very unfriendly. A lot of mosquitos in the rooms, would constantly hear buzzing in my ear when sleeping and wake up with tons of bug bites. Definitely the same tier as the ritz, seven stars or grace bay club. "

"Our room was clean and they came in every day to give fresh towels and offered turn down service. Most of the employees were friendly, some were not. Service was good. Beaches were beautiful and next to a snorkeling area. Food and drinks were good. The water pressure in the showers were not great. They could have replaced the yellow tubes in the beaches and maybe add one more, but other than that. We would come back again."
