"First, on checking in, Expedia shows the hotel had 3 rooms of the type I booked, but hotel reception insisted they only had one. Later after booking, they showed us another one for us to stay. The air-conditioning is not working properly to cool the room. The room is not as big as shown on Expedia 486 sft or something. Maybe they included the area of the balcony. The hotel is very noisy. It is close to the beach, and a very loud party was going on until 12am or something. Hotel room sound...

"De slaapbank in de woonkamer was oncomfortabel voor twee tieners. En zeker niet kingsize zoals geadverteerd! De medewerker van het hotel regelde meteen een extra topper, dat scheelde zeker."

La chambre est propre … pas très moderne un parking est disponible payant. Vous pouvez trouver un parking juste à côté. Le personnel est sympathique et souriant Nous avions pris une demi-pension Nous y retournerons sûrement "

"I don't know where this hotel got 5 star rating, no employees to be found, no one a the bar's, no help or service at the pool or beach, It looks like a ghost hotel you only see the valet parking and two in reception that's it. The room has the shower and toilet exposed to it no wall, no enclosement, the desk area was like a cafetiria wall table. this is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. The only thing worth it was the ocean and beach view maybe that gave them the "5 star rating" 2-3...
