"We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. "

"There was was construction going on so we had to move our room. The floor they moved us too was a smoking floor the bed was hard and huge nothing cozy about that at all "

"Location is central , check in efficient with yummy Choc cookie . The concierge staff Rick is very friendly and helpful with places to eat . Used the paid spa facility as well and was satisfied. "

"In general, it is a great choice because of the location and facility setting. However, the cleaning process needs to be monitored more strictly. I found last guest's used slipper under my bed along with duts and snack residues. "

"The swimming pool requires wearing swimming cap, which is nice though I couldn't enjoy until I got one. Be careful of the hot bath. That's so much hot that I couldn't put my whole body under the water"

"My stay at Conrad was amazing. I haven’t come back to Shenyang since 2018. This hotel made me feel like home. Wanted to thanks to Hong Ma, she is such a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and helpful. Her smile made my day. I would absolutely stay again!!! "

"The hotel was really impressive, the rooms spacious and clean, the service meticulous. One small quibble - the refrigerator didn't seem able to keep things very cool. The neighborhood was not exactly pedestrian-friendly, but there were some shops and restaurants within walking distance, and for longer excursions the staff were able to summon taxis without too much trouble."
