"If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It's extremely well located, you can walk to all major tourist attractions like the Cathedral, the Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. There are restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors all over. The hotel is gorgeous with a beautiful patio, terrace and very useful communal kitchen. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We went during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching 105 degrees, so...

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! Only slight drawback is that when the occasional service vehicle or pedestrian jaunt through the narrow cobblestone street...
