"The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. It is modern well appointed. My room had everything l needed and l especially liked the shower in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good, all the staff were helpful and my poached eggs were cooked to order. I stayed for the England women’s football match and the hotel could not have been nearer the ground. I will definitely book again if l am in Sheffield."

"Location is very convenient as it is in city center. The hotel is a bit old, but the cleanliness is good. The staff who check us in is very helpful and friendly. There is no complimentary bottled water, but there is kettle with instant coffee and tea. There is no option for twin bed, but the sofa can be pulled out to make the second bed. The hotel provided the additional bed sheet and blanket cover for us for free. "

"As an older person I really struggled with the subdued lighting in the room. Also the heating control was not easy to follow not a strong internet connection on the second floor. The staff where excellent as was the breakfast "
