"Clean, comfortable room. Looked like maintenance is an ongoing process (painter working in the stairway, etc.), which is always a good sign. Elevator was briefly out of service but was fixed same day. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty basic, and the breakfast serving area seemed very cramped. Location was so far east in Mesa that it was not really convenient to many of our activities, even Sloan Park."

"Everyone was really nice and the property felt really safe. It was mostly older folks there and it was very quiet except for the first night when it sounded like somebody was jumping up and down upstairs, but after that, it was really quiet. It was easy to find a parking spot and the parking lot felt very safe and quiet."

"We've been staying in Sonesta Suites in Scottsdale for a couple of years now and now know the difference between a Sonesta Suites and a Sonesta Simply Suites. The "Simply" Suites are scaled down, no breakfast not as roomy, or upscale as the Sonesta Suites. The appliances all worked fine, the TV was a little small, the air conditioners worked good and the showers were adequate in our Simply Suite.
