"Was disappointed because I booked at the property at Wild Horse and ended up at this one (not sure how that happened) This property was good and the one restaurant had good food but would have preferred to stay at the Gila River Resort at Wild Horse. Also the people were very friendly at Vee Quiva. All in all we enjoyed our stay there anyway."

"The first day I arrived it was hard to get someone to help me but the second day that I stayed everyone was attentive from morning till night whenever I went to front desk. I guess the first night I was here was must have been an off day for them but overall I had an amazing experience and they accommodated everything that I requested. I give them a 9 out of 10"

"Phoenix is a great city! Felt very safe. Valet parking was a fair price and very convenient. The hotel is nice but the elevators were having issues and it sometimes took 15 min to get on. The elevators were such an issue that we took the stairs (which were not clearly marked) a few times… TO THE 10th FLOOR!! We would stay here again though (if the elevators are working). The rooms were very clean. We had to ask the front desk for housekeeping to reset our room … then it was done right away....
