"The stay was very good - they need more support at reception though as you can only enter using your room key- which is fine unless you have to return to collect luggage post check-out and there is non one at the desk to let you in."

Staff were great, hotel a bit worn, room quiet. Parking can be a bit of a faff dependant on arrival time. New restaurant, functional but will not necessarily be a quiet experience - it will be solely down to how quiet the people are using the bar.
