Due to poor communication with the owner, I was never given the “number” of the condo unit or passkey to get into the condo unit. We arrived at the address and I wrongly assumed that there would be an office of some kind to check in at. We were stranded in the parking lot of the address with carryon bags and suitcases from the airport Uber ride. Attempts at calling the property owner went unheeded. Difficult time getting to talk to someone at Hotels.com. The online messaging was useless. After many phone calls our trip was saved by Hotels.com putting us into a hotel near the beach the following day.
