"This hotel has zero customer service. I wrote to ask questions and they never responded. When we arrived we asked for a two bed in the room they flat out said no when they could have separated the two twin beds that was a king bed, this is over water bungalow. There is no wheelchair accessible. The foods were terrible. When we ate there we waited over 15 minutes before anyone showed up.
