"Wonderful people."

"Lets start with the good: nice beach, great pool, nice garden, friendly staff, comfy beds, family friendly with lots of kids. Unfortunately for me there were a few things that stood out negatively: Rooms are not really clean (had a big wad of black hair in my balcony that no one removed in days). The bathroom is huge but very outdated, the shower head is so low that I as a small woman didn’t fit under it. If you used all the pressure then you flooded the entire bathroom. The room was also...

"Great breakfast— large buffet at about $30 per person Grounds lovely and well taken care of. Rooms large. Pool nice. Access to the beach not easy , seemed like a steep drop off. The water wasn’t inviting. Would recommend but not for beach."

"Location and beauty of the property is excellent. Food and beverage were way below Hilton standard. Property is in need of updating. Fabulous snorkeling."

"The resort was above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - especially the fresh pastries and the omelette bar manned by Heinz. The snorkeling right off shore was fabulous. If we ever are able to return to Moorea, we will definitely stay at the Sofitel Kia Ora again!"

"WiFi worked only about 10% of the time and there so no one who could help with reservations or bookings."
